A perfect wedding day to its entirety ~ our all-inclusive solution with canape reception

Base package rate of $3985.  Each person costs $68.

 

This package is intended for 4 hours and can accommodate up to 50 guests.  Available Sunday through Friday only.

​

Package Inclusions:

 

Ceremonial

  • Complete and exclusive use of the Schoolhouse venue and scenic, landscaped grounds; allowing for an indoor or outdoor ceremony (complimentary 60 minutes to allow Bride to get ready on site)*

  • Officiant licensed by the province of Ontario (includes a personal planning meeting)

  • A private and personal customized ceremony

  • Wedding specialist to manage wedding day proceedings

  • Choreography of ceremony songs

  • Comprehensive planning meeting with ongoing guidance and support

  • Spacious loft bridal suite allowing you & your bridal party to get ready on-site

  • Available Zoom streaming and recording of ceremony (added fee of $175 and unlimited guests)

    • Video device on a fixed location with only raw coverage (no effects or editing)

Canape Reception

  • Build your own canape reception by selecting 6 unique items per person.  Each guest is entitled to 6 canapes.

    • additional canapes available upon request.​

  • Full bar service with host and guest payment options

  • Service attendants for butler style canape service and guest assistance

  • Wedding cupcakes (choice of flavours) or wedding cake** (lovely display, cut and plated)

    • Includes: Decorated cake table, stand, knife and lifter

  • Coffee / tea and water / non-alcoholic punch stations

Wedding Decor and Floral Centerpieces

Wedding décor from accredited specialist, including:

  • 18 centerpieces vases in roses++ with greenery and accent flowers

    • Dinner tables ​

    • ceremony signing table

    • gift and guest tables 

    • cake and cupcake tables 

    • Add centerpieces according to your vision and budget.​

  • Many floral themes available. Details here.

  • 2 types of vases in clear glass or metallic antique milk jug

  • Includes tea light or floating candles 

  • Use of ATSH decorative articles (sashes, table runners, vases, cake topper/knife/lifter, lanterns, candles)

  • Various wedding signage

  • Chair covers available at $4 each

  • We have many different types of floral packages, depending on your budget and preference.

Wedding Planning and Coordination

  • Full planning and interactive support though our Planning Pod wedding software tool (includes floorplans, client RSVP website, vision board, menu, floral and guest list)

  • Comprehensive onsite planning meeting with ongoing support

  • All the necessary guidance and expertise without any added fees

  • Wedding specialist to manage wedding day proceedings

Venue Set-up and Amenities

  • Mosquito, tick, black fly treatment through a professional service

  • Use of stereo system both indoors or outdoors (compatible with all music devices)

    • Includes administering ceremony and reception songs

  • Use of 50" flat screen for slide show

  • Use of birdcage for your cards

  • Complete set up and clean up of ceremony space

  • Complete set up and clean up of reception space

  • Plenty of free parking  

  • Outdoor heating and blankets

  • Outdoor lawn games like Giant Jenga, Connect 4 and many more!
