Marry Me

 

On your wedding day arrive at the Schoolhouse, with your Bridal party.  Your wedding ceremony awaits you in a beautiful, contemporary setting.

This package is intended for 1 hour and can accommodate up to 50 people.

 

Base rate of $2295, then add $15.25 per person.  Available anytime Monday through Thursday.

Package Inclusions:

 

Ceremonial

  • Complete and exclusive use of the Schoolhouse venue and scenic, landscaped grounds; allowing for an indoor or outdoor ceremony (complimentary 60 minutes to allow Bride to get ready on site)*

  • A private and personal customized ceremony

  • Wedding specialist to manage wedding day proceedings and choreography of ceremony songs

  • Comprehensive planning meeting with ongoing guidance and support

  • Officiant licensed by the province of Ontario (includes a complete minute planning meeting)

  • Spacious loft bridal suite allowing you & your bridal party to get ready on-site

  • Available Zoom streaming and recording of ceremony (added fee of $175 and unlimited guests)

    • Video device on a fixed location with only raw coverage (no effects or editing)

  • 4 floral centerpieces for the ceremony area​

  • Decorated memorial table

Wedding Planning and Coordination

  • Full planning and interactive support though our Planning Pod wedding software tool (includes floorplans, client RSVP website, vision board, menu, floral and guest list)

  • Comprehensive onsite planning meeting with ongoing support

  • Wedding specialist to manage wedding day proceedings

  • We have several types of floral packages, depending on your budget and preference.

  • Add the exact amount of floral arrangements as your wedding dictates.

  • We can accommodate any special floral request.

​​Venue set-up 

Personalized wedding set-up from accredited specialist, including:

  • Ceremonial seating (theatre or custom arrangement**)

  • Beautifully decorated signing and guest favors table

  • Use of ATSH decorative articles (including sashes, table runners, aisle runner, vases, centerpieces, cake topper, lanterns, candles)

  • Chair covers available at $3 each

Venue Amenities

• Use of stereo system both indoors or outdoors (compatible with most music devices)

• Use of 52" flat screen for slide show

• Placement of your favours 

• Use of birdcage for your cards

• Complete set up and clean up, including ceremony space

• Plenty of free parking  

• Outdoor lawn games like Giant Jenga, Connect 4 and many more!!

 

*We have weather contingency plans in our Schoolhouse venue or outdoor wedding tent at no additional charge.

**Certain customizations might include a set up fee.
